Hi, I have not update neither versions (pdf nor paperback). Both will be updated soon since I am currently fixing the example/figure numbering and some typos. The actual content is not changed, meaning there are no new chapters included in. Unfortunately you do not get a free copy of pdf version by buying the paperback version. The reason is that they are published in the different marketplace leanpub and amazon.

You will get notification from leanpub when pdf is updated if you have registered your email while ordering pdf. Then you should be able to download updated version for free.
